Website Support - View Support Thread

We have a volunteer job filled by "Lisa Baker."  Lisa has since called me to inform me that she can no longer volunteer on that day.  Is there an easy way to re-post that job (job #2) by simply changing the status, or do I delete that filled opportunity and re-key a new posting?

Yes.  All you have to do is edit her opportunity and change the status from Filled to Posted.  Clear out her data as you do that.  Once done, that opportunity will appear for others to select in the public site.

Please note that you will find some challenges with teams in the team drop down box in the Volunteers feature because you do not have team assigned.  I looked at the data and it is a bit messy due to using team pages on another site.  If you need to put correct team names into the selections, please let us know and we can try to help you clean up that data.
