How do I POST multiple (50+) volunteer jobs from a CVS or Excel file without having to key-in every opportunity?

When a volunteer claims an job, I would like to know the volunteers player name that is associated with the volunteer. I do not need to know (nor do I want to know) the volunteer players team. Therefore, when someone claims a job, I want to know their name, their players name, the job description, date of job, time of job, location of job, phone number and email address in the confirmation email.
